Artist's Description
This scene shows a train on it's way across a bridge and past a farm. It is set in the fall and during a pumpkin harvest. It took roughly 6 months to complete (or 240 hrs).
The drawing has been matted and framed with museum glass. The final dimensions are 27 1/4" x 24 1/8". It is for sale for $1,900.00 (Tax included)
About John Wiegand

My name is John Wiegand and I am a Fine Artist who specializes in meticulous colored pencil drawings. I got my start in high school with my first colored pencil drawing named, The Bunk, which was entered in the Kiski Valley Artists Guild in 1982 and won a 2nd place ribbon from that show. Since then, I have honed my craft and my work is very unique and full of vibrant colors. My drawings take up to 200 hours to complete. I use Prismacolor Colored Pencils to draw with because the lead is soft and the colors are intense. The colors are so striking that people often think I used pastels in my work.
