This is the 4th scene of John's Mt. Kilimanjaro series. (All of these pictures make one large panorama when put side by side.)
John was inspired to draw these when he first laid eyes on Mt. Kilimanjaro. What a fascinating story John tells here. Notice how keenly aware the hippo's are to the artist's presence.
